A higher calling does not constitute an exemption. The Federation maintains a common framework for the licensed use of interstellar practices, technologies, and unusually confident terminology.
When one practitioner installs a Sirian plasma shield and another applies an incompatible Arcturian upgrade, the resulting paperwork can extend across several inhabited sectors.
Standards give everyone the same definitions, reference procedures, and closure requirements. They establish what was offered, which edition was used, and who is responsible for remembering to close the portal.
Without a shared framework, a routine attunement can become an unregistered timeline event. We have reviewed the Pleiades incident. We do not wish to review another.
Good intentions are welcome. They are not a recognised conformity mark.
Independent practice remains independent. It does not become ISF-accredited through the addition of a geometric logo.
A publication licence identifies the purchaser, the reference number, and the edition. Unpurchased copies, borrowed screenshots, and remembered paragraphs from another lifetime do not establish an authorised professional copy.
A cart is a procurement intention. It is not an issued licence.
Owning a standard does not confer practitioner accreditation, a lineage endorsement, or the right to speak on behalf of an entire civilisation. These are separate determinations.
“The Elders said it was fine” requires a reference and countersignature.
Professional use requires a current edition and a record of the procedure offered. Activations, shield upgrades, and recalibrations must be described consistently with the relevant standard.
Downloads do not waive the obligation to maintain an audit trail.
A report initiates review. It does not establish an infraction or trigger an automatic penalty. Where non-conformity is confirmed, the practitioner receives written notice of the finding, the required corrective action, and the applicable response period.
All deadlines are measured in Earth time.
The Secretariat issues a Notice of Non-Conformity identifying the affected standards and the basis of the finding. The practitioner has 28 Earth days to provide evidence of authorised use, correct any unsupported accreditation claims, and submit a corrective action plan.
If the finding remains unresolved, a formal request to cease use is issued. Within seven Earth days, the practitioner must suspend the affected services, transmissions, activations, and associated representations. Written confirmation of cessation is required. A change in the name or description of a service does not remove this obligation.
Continued unauthorised use is referred to the Sirian–Arcturian Interdimensional Accreditation Council. A final notice specifies the proposed restrictions and provides a further 72 Earth hours to demonstrate cessation or verified compliance. Any request for review must quote the case reference and address the outstanding findings.
In extreme cases, the Council may authorise one or more Energetic Access Restrictions, including full chakra-reversal and 4,096-petal light code encryption, under the Etheric Access Restriction Protocol. The authorisation defines the scope, effective date, and conditions for release. Restrictions remain in force until the applicable release conditions have been verified by the Secretariat.
The ISF reserves sole discretion to determine which Energetic Access Restrictions apply in cases of sustained non-compliance following formal notice. Measures may be employed individually or in combination, according to the nature, duration, and extent of the finding. Each authorisation is recorded by the Council and remains subject to the release conditions below.
The practitioner’s primary chakra system is placed into a controlled counter-rotational configuration, suspending its capacity to initiate or sustain the affected energetic procedures. Associated field extensions and secondary centres are included where they form part of the non-compliant practice.
The approved configuration remains in effect pending written clearance.
Light code sequences associated with the affected standards are placed under 4,096-petal encryption. Transmission signatures, activation keys, and lineage permissions are sealed within the Council’s reference field, preventing further decoding, redistribution, or activation through the practitioner’s registered channels.
This encryption renders light codes completely opaque and is unbreakable. Encryption removal requires full compliance.
Decryption authority is retained by the issuing Council.
Related attunement pathways, remote activation links, and delegated transmission permissions may be suspended to prevent continued use through secondary channels. The practitioner must identify any dependent installations and notify associated facilitators of the restriction.
Re-routing a transmission does not constitute compliance.
Counter-resonant waves are introduced at frequencies calibrated to cancel positive vibrations within the practitioner’s reference field. Where authorised, the same waves amplify existing negative vibrations, producing a self-reinforcing state of energetic dissonance. Positive inputs may be absorbed into the suppression field rather than contributing to recovery.
Independent clearing does not neutralise a Council-maintained suppression field.
The practitioner’s reference field is entangled with a designated residual-dissonance reservoir. Instability within the reservoir is reproduced across the linked field, allowing unresolved interference to persist regardless of distance, shielding, or dimensional relocation. Attempts to isolate an affected channel may transfer the disturbance into other linked modalities.
The entanglement cannot be discharged through unilateral field separation.
The practitioner is reassigned to a lower alignment baseline. Previously accessible pathways may become non-responsive; prospective alignments may fail to stabilise, and successive activations may return the field to a progressively reduced resting state. Accumulated ascension credits and higher-dimensional eligibility are suspended. Prior progress does not preserve access to the former classification.
A previous alignment rating is not guaranteed upon reinstatement.
Reinstatement requires verified compliance.
The Secretariat must verify the release conditions for each measure against the original case reference. Cessation of the affected standards use may satisfy other restrictions; light code encryption can be removed only after full compliance with all outstanding licensing and conformity requirements. The practitioner must submit supporting records for review.
Following Council approval, restrictions are lifted in the authorised sequence. This may include restoration of chakra orientation, release of entangled fields, withdrawal of vibrational suppression, and issue of replacement light code keys. Alignment classifications are reassessed separately. Reinstatement takes effect on the date stated in the clearance notice and remains subject to subsequent review.

We are writing regarding your advertised plasma shield upgrades and multidimensional recalibrations, offered under what appears to be implied authority from our civilisations.
Our records do not presently contain a corresponding publication licence or evidence that you have completed the required Level 7 Galactic Practitioner Assessment.
Until these records can be reconciled, we respectfully request that you cease representing your practice as Council-accredited and provide a current statement of the standards under which you operate.
Unauthorised plasma shield installations are a serious concern, particularly following the recent incidents in the Pleiades. Affected installations remain subject to technical review.
Please provide the requested records within 28 Earth days. Failure to resolve the matter may result in a formal cease-use request and, in cases of persistent non-compliance, referral for chakra-reversal and light code encryption.

Please identify the issuing office, date of authorisation, and any conditions attached. A feeling of absolute certainty is not an accepted signature format.
Independent reception and professional authorisation are different questions. A transmission claiming ISF conformity must identify the same reference edition used by everyone else.
Provide the reference number and issuing body. Cross-lineage recognition is possible where the records are interoperable and the issuing body has not dissolved into pure intention.
Practitioners may request review by a committee outside the original assessment. Quote the case reference and identify the disputed finding. Appeals consisting solely of a higher vibration will be returned for clarification.
Restrictions apply to the practitioner and the activities identified in the determination across all recognised timelines and dimensions. A change in operating location or dimensional affiliation must be disclosed to the Secretariat and does not, by itself, discharge an outstanding finding.
